At Al Fatah Fabrics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fabric or garment, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the fabric is uncut and in its original condition; place the item securely in its original packaging along with the printed invoice.
Ship the Item
Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service and provide us with the tracking number for monitoring.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
